Who the Compass test is for
- Teenagers aged 14+ choosing subjects, a university or their first career steps.
- Parents: you buy the test, send your child a link and get your own copy of the report.
- Schools, counsellors and organisations: access codes for a whole class or group.
Teens take it on their phone, when it suits them, without rushing. There are no right or wrong answers.
What you get: three formats
- Free test. 18 short questions, about 5 minutes. At the end you get a quick result: the career families that suit you best.
- Full test and personal report — €29.99. About 20 minutes. The report shows 8–9 career directions and explains why each one fits.
- Discovery — €150. The test plus a 1–1.5-hour consultation with Arcadie or Irina: we go through the report together and plan the next steps.
What's in the personal report:
- career pages: a day in the life, salaries, the education path and tasks to try the career right now;
- a growth plan for the coming months;
- a separate tab for parents;
- a link you can share with parents, a teacher or a counsellor.
The report is built on Big Fish's own methodology and databases, including our Atlas of professions with 340+ careers.

Why the language of the test matters
A career test only works when the answers are honest. And it's easier to answer honestly in the language you think in.
- In a second language, teens answer what they understood, not what they feel. The difference between "I'd enjoy this" and "I'm good at this" gets lost in translation.
- Translating in your head is tiring, and the last questions get answered at random.
- A report in your own language is easier to talk about at home: parents read the same words as their child.
“The best test is the one your child answers without translating in their head.”
How parents start: 4 steps
- Open the parents' page and buy the test (€29.99).
- Send your child their personal link by WhatsApp, email or any messenger.
- Your child creates their own account and takes the test in about 20 minutes.
- The personal report opens straight away. You get your own copy.
While your child takes the test, you can describe how you see them: 2 minutes, free.
Buy the test for your child and send them the link. You both get the report.
Buy the test for my child ↗How to choose the language: a checklist
- Choose the language your child thinks in, not the language of their school or future university.
- Not sure? Let them read the first 3–4 questions of the free test. If they stop to translate, switch the language.
- Bilingual family? Let your child choose: their answers matter more than the adults' convenience.
- You can change the language with the switch at the top of the test page.
