Career test and consultations
The career test and personal report (careertest.bigfish.careers), Discovery consultations and coaching are provided by Big Fish Academy Ltd under the career platform's terms. Cancellations and refunds follow its refund policy.
Camps in Ukraine
Contracted under Ukrainian law by Big Fish Group and the individual entrepreneurs (FOP) Arcadie Cotruta and Irina Zaretcaia Cotruta. The terms are in the public offer (a document in Ukrainian).
International camps: Austria, Greece, Portugal
Organised by Big Fish Academy Ltd. The booking terms (programme, price, payment schedule, cancellation) are sent to you with the booking confirmation, before you pay. Ask us for them in advance at any time.
Terms of use of this website
bigfish.careers is run by Big Fish Academy Limited (trading as Big Fish Careers), company number 16347236 (England and Wales), registered office 70 Whitehall Road, Grays, England, RM17 5NX. By using the site you accept these terms.
1. Information on the site
We keep the information on the site as accurate as we can, but programmes, dates and prices can change. What applies to a booking is set out in the terms above and in the booking confirmation. Prices marked as past seasons are for reference, not offers.
2. Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, no automated collection of its content, and no spam or false details in the forms.
3. Content
Texts, photos, videos and the Big Fish name and logo belong to Big Fish or the people who gave us permission. You may share links and quote short parts with a mention of Big Fish. Please don't reuse photos of children.
4. Other sites
Links to the career test, Calendly, Telegram, WhatsApp and social networks open services with their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Our responsibility
The site is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, and your rights as a consumer are not affected.
6. Law, languages and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Camps in Ukraine are governed by the public offer under Ukrainian law.
The site's legal texts are available in Ukrainian, English and Romanian. If you use the site in Ukrainian or Romanian and that version differs from the English, that version prevails.
